Our February Monthly meeting was packed with attendees and candidates! Chairwoman Miki Powell led the meeting and we heard updates on what’s going on at the township from Jim Flanigan our STC township trustee.
Then came the candidates! We heard from treasurer candidate and current Kane County auditor Penny Wegman and candidate for county clerk Brian Pollack! We also had a gaggle of candidates and surrogates for the 8th congressional district show up and speak. We heard from Yasmeen Bankole, Dan Tully, and Kevin Morrison! Surrogates for Junaid Ahmed and Melissa Bean also spoke.
The candidates speeches were finished off by our very own Ricky Rivard running for IL state assembly district 65!
